A Community of Stories

For the third year in a row, I was pleased to join the company of Cincinnati’s finest writers and teachers for A Community of Stories, a gathering of teachers, students, members of our community, as we come together to write and share.  We will continue to host this event annually. Check back at the above link for details in February.  Next Date: March, 2018.

The purpose of this weekend is to gain a better understanding of Greater Cincinnati as a whole community and not just the many smaller communities that make up our Tri-state. Students, teachers, and community members will gather to share perspectives and life stories. During the workshop sessions members will work to create various pieces of writing including poetry, prose, spoken word, flash fiction, and reflective essays that are inspired from being apart of a diverse community.
